Synopsis
It's Sanouk's 12th birthday. There's a tradition in Sanouk's village. All the boys get an elephant from their father when they turn 12. Sanouk's father gives him an elephant called Koo. Everyday, he brings Koo to the river, washes her, and works in the jungle. But one day, in a fair, an elephant thief catches Koo. Koo is in danger, and Sonouk and his father go to find Koo to the city.
Personal Opinion
I like this book, because, it is easy to read and at the same time, it is an interesting story.
