Synopsis
The main characters of this book are Guy Haines and Charley Bruno. The story starts in a train where they both meet. Guy Haines wants to divorce his wife Miriam, so as to get married to Anne, a senator's daughter. On the train these two start talking about their issues and Bruno tells Guy about a murder plan: he will kill Guy's wife and, in exchange, Guy will kill Bruno's father, as he hates him. They both think that it is the perfect plan because as they are strangers there won't be any witnesses. When Guy gets to talk to Miriam about the divorce he finds something that makes him call Bruno to kill her. As the story goes, the murders get complicated. Guy doesn't want to do his part of the plan and he is threatened by Bruno.
Personal Opinion
I really enjoyed reading this book, since it has mystery and suspense and it leaves you with the intrigue. I'd recommend it to people who like stories related to crimes.
