SYNOPSIS
Diana was an eighteen year old girl who moved with her brother Mark and her roommate Roger to a flat near university. She was studying medicine but she hated it. What she really was keen on was music, but she couldn't study it because of her parets, since in their point of view, there wasn't any future if she decided to study music. Roger invited her to volunteer at Lucas Hospital as a music teacher for sick children. Diana began to fall in love with Roger and he also with her. The both liked children. Roger was the coach of the basketball group where his little brother Jimmy played. Laura, Diana's friend who was studying music, and Roger, told her that she should tell her parents that she didn't like medicine. Before joing on Chrismas vacation, Diana and Roger began a relationship. Finally, Diana explained her problem to her parents ans they understood that their daughter had to study music to be happy.
PERSONAL OPINION
I was really keen on this book. I consider that it's a very typical problem among young people and in this story we can see that there is a solution for everything.
